Frequently asked questions

Straight answers from the live Schedulo site: trial, tutoring workflows, digital attendance, and how to reach us. Schedulo is software — there is no shop address or map listing to manage.

Who is Schedulo for?
Schedulo is built primarily for tutoring and learning centres, with a separate client-first appointment workflow for consultants and professional service teams.
Does Schedulo support different business workflows?
Yes. Education accounts include recurring sessions, capacity, and attendance options. Professional-services accounts use client, appointment, consultation, and service-call terminology.
What happens after I request a free trial?
You will receive a confirmation email right away. We respond within 24 hours with next steps — usually a quick invite link and an optional setup call. Your 30-day trial starts when your account is ready. There is no charge to request a trial.
Is this a DIY self-serve signup?
No. Schedulo includes guided setup — we help configure your booking page, service or session types, availability, and account access. You get a real person, not only a help article.
Can customers book without creating an account?
Yes. Businesses can offer guest booking links for one-time visitors and account-based access for repeat booking and history.
Will I be charged automatically after the 30-day trial?
No. Requesting a trial requires no payment details. Published prices: Schedulo $19.99 / month, Attendance $10 / month, Assistant Tracker $4.99 / month. Nothing converts to a paid service without your approval.
What does Schedulo include for tutoring centres?
Family booking, recurring sessions, capacity, and reminders on Schedulo ($19.99 / month). Digital student check-in/out is the Attendance add-on ($10 / month). Professional service teams have a separate client-first appointment flow.
Does Schedulo meet Kumon's digital check-in requirement?
Kumon North America requires digital student check-in/out by October 31, 2026. Schedulo Attendance ($10 / month add-on) is built to meet that requirement, with booking and family accounts on the Schedulo plan. Schedulo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kumon North America, Inc.
What does digital attendance include?
Attendance is a $10 / month add-on: QR and barcode scanning at the door, printable student scan cards, timestamped check-in and check-out records, auto-checkout after the scheduled session ends, attendance reports with print or PDF export, and an optional parent email the moment their child checks in. Future updates for Attendance are included in that monthly fee.
How does onboarding work?
Every trial includes guided setup. We configure the initial workflow with you and confirm what is enabled before you go live.
How do I contact Schedulo?
Product, onboarding, privacy, and security questions are welcome at [email protected].
Where is my data hosted?
Ask us about data residency during onboarding if your centre has specific compliance requirements — we can walk through hosting and support options for your region.
